1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 shipped within the continental United States. The free shipping option and estimated delivery time will automatically appear at checkout if your order qualifies.

4. Local Pickup
Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store: [No. 401, Changbao West Road, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be ready within 3-5 business days. We will email you with pickup instructions when it’s ready.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

5. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders , please note:

  • Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We fill out all required customs forms accurately.

  • HS Codes: We provide the correct Harmonized System (HS) codes for all products on customs declarations.

6. Order Tracking & Support
Once shipped, you can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of the shipping confirmation for domestic orders, please contact us with your order number.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Restricted Items: We cannot ship products containing hazardous materials internationally.
